The effort to regulate short-term rentals, which are defined as units rented for 30 or fewer days at a time, isn’t new; for the past three years, Tahoe communities on the California side of the lake have been instituting rules to assuage the mounting tensions between locals and tourists and lay the groundwork for future regulations. . . . So, if I want to spend 10 days in Tahoe, I have to rent a place for 30 days and sublet out the other 20 days?
Just stay in the Winnemaca Nevada whore house for a week.
It is close and you might bump in to Lance Lopes. (former UW assistant AD and former Seahawks legal counsel and currently involved with the Seattle Kraken).
