I have purchased frangible ammo for certain training classes that require it from them. Good people.

    I have experience in that actually. But to do it on a larger scale isn't easy and right now there are no ammunition components around. There is an entire supply chain and high speed equipment is custom built with long lead times and quite expensive. That's just the loading gear not count brass casings, primers and projectiles.
