    I'm not sure digitization is a word.

    I think that trying to digitize everything is due to the fact that it's incredibly difficult to hire low level office workers who know how to use a computer to perform basic office tasks in 2021

    No reason to higher a low level worker. Replace it with workflow technology. Fingers fuck up. AI doesn't.
