For such a haven of tech, the State of Washington is a clusterfuck of epic proportions.

They lost tens of millions of dollars trying to implement a system in the state's community colleges.

Clown show. State government consistently fucks up big IT projects. What was the one 20 years ago where they spent millions with KPMG before scrapping it. Maybe that was city of Seattle. Anyhow no one will loose their jerb, ironically.
