Really though. Why are 25,000 troops needed for a virtual inauguration? People mocked Trump for going to a bunker for a few minutes yet Biden is turning DC into a military prison.
The U.S. Secret Service, Washington police and other law enforcement agencies had about 28,000 officers in place to secure a roughly three-square-mile (7.8 square km) of the city.
So the question is - if there was already 28,000 officers available at the last inauguration why would there be a need for another 26,000 troops?

Walls are great. They're obviously very effective in small areas and will probably keep Democratic lawmakers from trafficking children through the Capitol Mall, etc. So think of the upside.

I know China own and control Joe Biden but I didn’t think they would be micromanaging his inauguration.
Biden isn’t even President yet he and his Inauguration team already rewarding his military donors by contracting them to handle the logistics of turning DC into Pyongyang and feeding 25,000 National Guard members.
