If I have chicken on the salad, than blue cheese. Caesar salad's are amazing, but on a regular, boring side salad, italian or balsamic is what I normally with. Whoever said the Olive Garden dressing was right, that's a bitchin' dressing.
I assume we are talking about salad dressing to put on hot wings right? Because who the fuck eats salad? Fags, thats who. Blue cheese on wings all day and all night.

Blue cheese is for hot wings. Ranch is for hot box food which I am not above.
Im usually a vinagrette guy. Pour some olive oil and vinegar, squeeze on half a lemon, then salt and a shit ton of black pepper and I'm happy. A sesame vinaigrette always hits the spot, or my favorite which is a tomato basil that a local place serves and I haven't quite figured out how to replicate at home.
