in 2010, BSU class rank#93 w/ 10recruits. Sark #11 class w/ 30
In 2009, Kim's people had Peterman ranked #60 with 21 recruits while Sark ranked #66 and only landed 19 recruits in Sark's first year.
In 2011, Kim's people (he IS ceo), had Sark's 24 recruits ranked # 22 while demeaning Peterman's efforts yet again with a #66 ranking for 21 recruits.
Bottom line here is that in Sark's first 3 recruiting classes, he landed 73 players with an average class ranking of 33 while Kim's people mocked Peterman's 52 recruits during the same time period.
Yet, if Vegas could line up Peterman's 52 vs. Sark's 73 for a game to be played today, Sark would be a heavy underdog.

Why do you hate 38-6???
As the best head football coach UW ever had (prior to CP) used to pound into our fanatically thick skulls, recruiting up to 25 football playing athletes is hard work in the preparation which comes with some inherent risk. Collegiate coaches can make mistakes in qualifying recruiting prospects for their program, both athletically and academically, and might sometimes misjudge recruits as to whether or not the kids will fit in the program as OKG's. And all this risk and doubt takes place before the excitement of lining up 15 to 25 LOI signees to brag about to the media.
The college football recruiters qualification that: "We won't know how good this class is for at least three years". That is the general timeline when they all should be contributing as starters, backups, or on special teams, providing the attrition of injury, academic dropout, or simple loss of interest in football doesn't a recruiting class out. Very few redshirt freshmen and fewer true freshmen are ready to play Pac-12 football and it must take time for most scholarship athletes to develop their potential as college men.
Judging from prospect ratings assigned by non-coaching and often football-stupid media recruiting experts, some coaches recruit well and others not so well. Following LOI day, some coaches regardless of how well they recruited fall a little or a lot short on developing their recruits into the best they can be. Other coaches who are mediocre recruiters as judged by the media somehow find ways to win an unusually high percentage of their games....... how on earth do they do it?
