They had absolutely no plan for distribution here in Oregon until 2 weeks after they started showing up on the docks. It’s not as if they had 6 months to get ready for that day.

Also it came to light that absolutely ANYONE can enter a case to the logs at the OHA site. No passwords needed. No care facility or patient number needs to be given. Basically only a name and an address.

And it’s still that way.

Reminds me of the Southern Poverty Law Center's website after the 2016 election. You could anonymously report a "hate crime" with zero evidence to support it. Just log onto their site and fill out the form claiming you had been a victim of a hate crime. CNN was then using those reported numbers in order claim that Trump's election had sparked a wave of hate crimes. Didn't matter how many of them turned out to be completely bogus, they would just point to the SPLC's numbers in order to make their claim.
