If a mob breaks down a door and rushes into a building, and a member of the press follows them to record their crimes, that doesn't make him a complicit in the mob's crimes.
Now if he was one of the people smashing the windows and doors that would be different, but I've seen no evidence that this is the case. If that was the case, then I'd say he had switched sides and was now one of the right wing terrorists... switching sides happens sometimes.
