Always been a fan of Oregon when I bet $50 on them.

Iowa State +5.5 seemed crazy to me. It’s still Iowa State. Going 8-3 in the Big 12 isn’t that tough. Not that Oregon is good, but they have a lot more talent than Iowa State.

Two points:

1.) Could you imagine UW's base nickel against this running game? ISU would have been up on Washington by three TDs at half without attempting a forward pass.

2.) Speaking of attempting a forward pass, is Jonathan Smith or Bush Hamdan Iowa State's play-caller? Their offensive line can't pass block worth a damn, Oregon can't stop the run worth a damn, this calls for a jet sweep pitch, tunnel screen, and bootleg!... When will coaches learn that it's okay to keep doing what works?
