Discovering this records in the late 90s made me happy. I was like Ron Wood was in another band before the Stones?
I had a similar experience mid 90’s in high school. Rod Stewart was old guy MTV “Some Guys Have All the Luck” / “Forever Young” to me until I found Faces and listened to his great early 70’s album “Every Picture Tells a Story.”
IFL this song, and right now I might be as high as Paul (and "tea shades" John, and George, and Ringo) was / were in the video...that is all. https://youtu.be/cK5G8fPmWeA
@YellowSnow this is a show off piece when you’re having a White Wakanda dinner party. Get some culture in those snobs. Great tune for practicing scale runs, tapping, hammer-ons, pull-offs, and tremolo picking. The run from ~ 4:50 to 5:01…holy fucking schnikes that’s mind blowing. She sounds and plays like Yngwie
Beethoven might be a little challenging so start with this slower Toccata, but still impressive. Love the tapping around the chord in the middle of the piece

Hard to find White, Wakeman, Howe, Squire and Anderson line up and a short song. But is under 12 minutes. Howe impressed the hell out of me on this entire concert - Wakeman is pretty good also
Im keeping my Ukraine music powder dry till the actual invasion.
Personally I'm partial to Nightswimming. My intro as a youth was Stand and Orange Crush. Used to listen to the Green album over and over. Automatic for the People probably my favorite album. It's fun to listen to how their sound evolved.
