As always, Dan Snyder is a piece of shit and will never win anything because he sucks. The sooner he dies in a fire the better.
Also, this is the correct decision. Get Haskins the fuck out. He may be a legend around these parts- willing to play in the Rose Bowl, win and pop off, then hit strip clubs unmasked during the season, but he can’t throw a fucking football in the NFL right now.

What happened to him? He seemed well suited to the NFL game.

I thought so too and was good with the pick at the time. Thought it was a much better decision than drafting Daniel Jones. However now all of a sudden there is a lot of “we knew this was the wrong pick!” coming from the front office and media etc.
Gruden in 2019 was coaching for his job and usually rookie QBs don’t help a whole lot with that. Gruden also wanted his QB to be one who won games with his brain instead of athleticism. Basically placing ability to read defenses, get into the proper play and execute accordingly higher than being incredibly athletic and being to make amazing throws from time to time. Rookie QBs dont come in reading defenses and Haskins went to a staff trying to survive, not invest time in developing him for the long run.
With Rivera, I have no idea, Covid surely didn’t help trying to develop Haskins and assume he had to start from scratch as well. Given all the other young players who have been decent this year for WFT (decent meaning relative to the usual performance of that franchise) I have to assume it was something with Haskins that held him back.

Can’t really see the guy’s number, but the scheme is... interesting.
Even Manziel made it through 2 full seasons.

@LaMichael_Corleone is there for all the bullied of the world. Dan Snyder and @dnc should be ashamed.
