The pay board there is ridiculously boring. Every fourth thread is someone apologizing for disagreeing with someone else then there are a myriad of posts saying how classy that person is. Then there is always some fluff piece about grunt spending half their money to buy Gooks toothbrushes (winning of hearts and minds), and the other two aren't even Duck related. It's something like; "Where can I get a good burger in Houston?" Use Google you dumb fuck, don't ask a bunch of people who have never been there or went there once for business in 98.
The recruiting board for Oregon is very simple. The Ducks will sign some big names players and some will do good, and some will be worthless. The Ducks will sign some no name players and some will do good, and some will do worthless. A couple from each class will leave early for the NFL even if it's a good idea or not. Some will transfer, some will get kicked off the team, and some will change positions. Marty will spin why the coaches whiffed on the real high end players: "He was coming here when he went to bed last night, but his parents wouldn't let him" and anything else you could make up.
As of right now the Ducks have a pretty solid class but don't look to be finishing very strongly. So, Marty throws in the comparison than Peterman is pretty much recruiting Mountain West types of kids to UW (he was 2-0 against Oregon at a Mountain West school) so Oregon fans should be happy. What kind of a loser points to a team that Oregon has lost to like 3 or 4 times since 1994 as what to judge recruiting success on?
I just like toying with the Quooks, but it absolutely isn't worth $10.95 anymore. I also don't mind chipping in to the owner either. Steve Summers isn't a Quook. He thinks Oregon is at Championship or GTFO stage as well.
