IMO bad actors are coming and the grid is in their targets. The recent SolarWinds attack was massive and we're not being told the truth about just how long it was taking place and the extent of the targets they surveiled. If they're successful in taking it down for any substantial period of time, chaos will ensue. Everyone should own a generator, some fuel, food for several months, amunition, cash and basic medical provisions.

The power grid is definitely vulnerable, but to take down a portion would take inside knowledge and certain weather conditions. It could use an upgrade and no problem if it was part of the stimulus package.

I don't care who funded them, or not. There are too many patronage appointments to the bench, the DA's office and especially municipal city courts, and most of them violate their official oaths repeatedly by acting as partisan hacks daily.
