They Let 50k out around 2014/15 judge ordered 10k sex offenders released as you can't discriminate against them. They released another large batch when they made drugs a misdemeanor for simple possession. Revised the sentences. It's been lunacy. Covid releases have happened several times including violent felons and other nefarious shitbags. Property crime is of the charts and almost no one is held for Neill the last several years.
