Hunter travels around with Joe on Air Force Two and meets with people from China and the Ukraine. All of the people Hunter meets with know that Hunter is traveling with his father but in the land of lying Kunt like Dazzler, Joe has no knowledge of what Hunter is doing on these trips, and Dazzler doesn't care that Joe never even tries to find out what Hunter is doing on these trips.HHusky said:

All Joe knows is that his crackhead son is a complete fuck up, who just got kicked out of the Navy on account of his drug use, but for some reason, he is now travelling with dear old dad and meeting with businessmen who just happen to all be from countries that Joe oversees, and by some odd coincidence businessmen from these countries are now showering his crackhead son with cash and business deals, but hey, you can't prove Joe was involved.
And of course Joe's complete lack of interest of how his crackhead son is now pulling this cash is totally cool with the Dazzler. -
