    Pack the supreme court to "even it out" with anywhere between 2-9 more judges
    When this happens, the only thing that can save this country at that point is what Mark Levin has been talking about for several years; I believe it's two thirds of the states would have to vote for and approve a Constitutional Convention.

    Good point the constitution does say if legislation is popular enough it’s automatically constitutional.

    Obviously not. But the issue was popular support for increasing the Supreme Court's size. That's plainly within Congress' power to accomplish. Popularity is not irrelevant to that calculus.
