Floyd having 3 times the lethal level of fentanyl in his system and complaining about his inability to breath while frothing at the mouth well before they put him on the ground might have something to do with the verdict.
BLM hitches their wagon once again to a real quality human. We should paint him some more murals. -
Any reasonable juror would have plenty of reasonable doubt that it was not Chavin that killed our hero Floyd, but rather Floyd did with his fentanyl overdose. The big problem is the jury pool. The case should definitely have a venue change.
