OT: Querey for HH lawyers (real and fake)

All I have are some FB messages which show the lady who made the purchase.
Am I completely fucked here? Worth getting a lawyer? Get the lawyer to defend against the insurance company of go after the buyer? Driver? Other?

Did you take the 1 min and file a report of sale Online with DMV?
-
That doesn’t exist in Mississippi.doogie said:Did you take the 1 min and file a report of sale Online with DMV?
Also no. -
I’d assemble the entire story with all exhibits and write it down to the best of your knowledge and make an appointment with an accident attorney from Mississippi for your Free one hour consultation, ASAP.
Good luck. -

Probably do it twice for two free hours with two separate attorneys if it’s turning out to be something bigger than your comfort level.
-
What am I looking for choosing between the two? Competency? Confidence they can win? Price? Never needed a lawyer for anything.doogie said:Probably do it twice for two free hours with two separate attorneys if it’s turning out to be something bigger than your comfort level.

1. Start with a referral from the smartest local friend you know that has used attorneys.
You want to have a supreme level of comfort and confidence in the attorney you choose. -
I signed a pick up over to my dealer to pay off a weed debt as a youth. Same thing - he didn't register it and got in a wreck. Since I knew him and he was on one of the crews I was running I had leverage. And got some more weed or my trouble

Did you file the Report of Sale?
-
Question 1 - did you leave your laptop in the car with pics having sex with underage girls?dnc said:Back in March my dumbass sold a car, signed over the title and didn’t get a bill of sale. The new owner of course never registered it, let someone else drive it and they hit somebody’s car with it. Victims Insurance company is after me to take care of it.

I don't know how Mississippi does it, but your protection here would have been filing a report of sale within 5 days(?) of the sale. I assume Mississippi has some similar mechanism, but I don't know.dnc said:
That said, I assume it's worth asking a lawyer what to do now. -
I like how H is asking questions that were already answered
Top notch lawyering there

My suspicions of DNC in fact being Lane Kiffin (Joey Freshwater) are coming to fruition. Before you take that the wrong way, just do a search for Layla Kiffin. Bravo, and kudos on any new tail you are pulling.dnc said: -
Take a run down to Starksville. I’m sure Leach will know what to do. He’s an attorneydnc said: -

I was just laughing at it. All those basic questions had been asked and answered yet Inspector Clouseau chimes in anyhow.RaceBannon said:I like how H is asking questions that were already answered

Vote for trump, rioting occurs when he wins, claim it was fire bombed in whatever large downtown is close to you and unrecoverable.
Collect that sweet insurance money for a car you already sold but kept no record of selling.
EZ profit -
1. Steal the car back
2. ROLL(TIDE) the car into Mississippi River
3. Make claim against your ins for the loss
