Big fucking disagree, Basnight. Romar cratered the program. Jen made what at the time looked like a good hire. Two years in, she was validated. Three years in it's now a colossal mess. Hop should be fired. He's not, so fuck it, we'll do it live. If we have another shit year and he still has a job then we'll start approaching Romar levels of negligence.

Firing Romar was the right call (if infinitely late). Hop was probably a good risk. It certainly hasn't worked out.

It's hard to imagine the next coach is going to inherit better talent than Hop did though. His failings as a recruiter are scary.
