Nah, he had a bullet in the chamber. Pre-meditation proven. No need to already be chambered. Apparently there is video and many witnesses. He’s booked on first-degree murder.GrundleStiltzkin said:
My guess is manslaughter.NorthwestFresh said:Why did a Pinkerton employee have a chambered bullet in a non-lethal situation? Dumbshit forgot and ejected a live round in order to fill his chamber.
Unreal. Straight up murder. -

First degree or bust.

I always chamber a round when I leave the house; if a situation suddenly develops you need to be ready. That’s preparedness, not premeditation. Now, shooting someone for macing you? That’s going to be harder to fight.NorthwestFresh said:

Also, the press is the most fucking protected class, why security when there are cops everywhere?
Private security for press in broad daylight in front of cops is not the same as private security for a fixed location business at night in a police no-go zone.
This is such a weird story, especially when you watch the argument, it really looked like a setup for this dude to protect someone. It would be fucking hilarious if mr. “shoot me n*****” is wearing armor. -
Dolloff supposedly weighs 145 lbs. yet has a barrel-chest in the photos where he is killing military veteran Lee Keltner. Was he wearing body armor? Skinny legs...LoneStarDawg said:Also, the press is the most fucking protected class, why security when there are cops everywhere?
