    The money went to bail out state pensions. The State Capitol grounds in Oly canceled a bunch of projects that money was to be used for.

    Even if Trump wins, states will have to get bailed out, not that they should, but they will. Some big ones are in too bad of shape. Their own doing of course. Trump wins they get a partial bailout with forced austerity and real change on policy required.

    Biden wins and its a full bailout and business as usual.

    Im not saying its a good idea, but how hard is it to just do what was done before and put the money directly into bank accounts? Fuckers are getting rich throwing fake money into their pet projects and fake companies while locking the average citizen down for months AND holding any direct financial aid hostage.

    Do whatever's needed with Fed unemployment enhancement, but just as if not more important, do another round of the PPP. Keeps employer and employees together, for if and when this ends.

    Except maybe this time do a better job of administering the PPP. The oversight and execution of that program was Eastern European levels of cronyism.
