Dude in NYC $350 is a going rate for 8ball. Typically have to haggle down to $300, but due Covid was able to bring it down to $285 per 8ball.

The market has never been more expensive vs earnings revenue and cash flow. The velocity of capital is down, discretionary capital is contracting and liquidity will tighten. Just my 2 cents, a Better buy point is a likely outcome
