So, if you are a Cali resident but going to school at UW, do they just register you in Washington and let you vote in both Cali and Washington? Lots of that going on.

I figured out how to vote absentee while in Eugene for school as my parents lived out of state for the 1994 mid-terms.

Voted for Nixon in 1972 with an absentee ballot while at Oregon and then in 1976 for Ford while in law school in Salem. Seems like rocket science today, apparently.
