The dems beloved WHO suggests reopening society when positive rate falls below 5% on a 2 week moving average. Now that Washington is less than 4%, change the target guidelines to an arbitrary 2%. CDC says we should do in person learning, Inslee says too dangerous.

They were pro science when it fit their narrative. Now not so convenient. Culp should highlight this fact over and over, why does Inslee know more than the scientists?
