And it had nothing to do with "black people". Race isn't mentioned in the 3/5 compromise. That's why free black people in northern states were counted as 1.

Some do, the difference is that a white person who did this would been seen as bad person by the overwhelming majority of all other white people. They would be stigmatized by almost all of their peers and rejected in their community.

Does anyone believe that the Dazzler encouraged his daughters to have kids out of wedlock? Hell do you think the Obama's encourage their kids to have babies before they were married?
