A chronic condition “is a physical or mental health condition that lasts more than one year and causes functional restrictions or requires ongoing monitoring or treatment” [1,2]. Chronic diseases are among the most prevalent and costly health conditions in the United States. Nearly half (approximately 45%, or 133 million) of all Americans suffer from at least one chronic disease [3,4,5], and the number is growing. Chronic diseases—including, cancer, diabetes, hypertension, stroke, heart disease, respiratory diseases, arthritis, obesity, and oral diseases—can lead to hospitalization, long-term disability, reduced quality of life, and death [6,7].

You know most of those are preventable if you stop smoking, eat healthy and exercise. American's are dying because we are unhealthy.

    Sorry Chief!

But when you've got 170,000 - 200,000 excess deaths in an allegedly "shut down" economy, you can either attribute them all to suicide or to something that's different compared to previous years. (Like the global conspiracy against Daddy, of course.)

    That doesn't answer the question.

If Covid is as deadly as we’ve? been told, shouldn’t the deaths from it fall in line with the national chronic disease numbers Lionel posted? He’s so fucking stupid he is defeating his own argument by posting that data.

    Instead, back in reality...

Not nearly as disingenuous as saying they all died SOLELY because of the China virus.

What is disingenuous is being lied to for six months solely to wreck the economy. Will you try to explain @HHusky’s point in starting this thread, since he seems incapable of doing so himself?

He has none besides trolling. This 6% thing is mostly a distraction. Acute diseases aggravate chronic diseases. If you want to make this into a public health policy that focuses on those with particular chronic conditions and lets the healthy people go free, I'm all ears.

Fair enough. I’ll counter that saying everyone who died with Covid or even non-tested but with Covid symptoms is about as disingenuous as it gets, other than perhaps this Twat.
