When I sold my house in Mukilteo, I had to think more like a black, then I was able to know that personal items of white family members needed to come down before the appraisal and real estate guestimates were done.

At the time, I just didn't realize I was doing like all blacks know to add whiteness to one's house

I'd think the company would have been named. The property owner is an attorney. Doesn't pass the smell test.
