She already has the Hillary stress cackle down pat and also manages to not answer the question. There is nothing funny about the question asked considering what she said about Biden on stage. I disagree with the comment by Raheem on her saying she didn’t mean it.l. When she didn’t call Biden a racist. She meant it all.
