That said, it’s optics and context, my friend. This current “dismantling” is happening before an election when the incumbent clearly distrusts mail-in voting, hence the dramatic coverage it receives.
How can anyone with a brain trust nation-wide mail-in voting, coordinated by the federal government with states, in less than 3 months. Not being skeptical of the results is insane. As shown in the OP, USPS even admits they can’t handle up to 46 states by November 3rd.
