    Just scrape together an extra $1200 for them to see a movie, go out to dinner with their girlfriends, go out drinking with friends, um, what do they need extra money for now?

    Low income black students. Why mot just low income students? Color again.

    An athlete living off campus gets a $1600.00 stipend. Can still do a lot of eating on campus.

    I agree it needs to be upped a bit based on cost of living. As we all know some places are more expensive than others.

    Otherwise this sucks.

    I think weed is too expensive is the largest complaint.
