At this point is a matter of trying to keep stalling to avoid issuing refunds. If they can kick the can to the spring they can offer 2021 "specials" that include not refunding the 2020 money.

I think there's a lot more football programs (and other sports) that won't survive this.
Might see some P12 schools form a west division of the Big 12 after 6 athletic departments fold.
