I have an acquaintance who has a business downtown. He is pissed as hell at protestors and city government but won't go on the record to say anything. He says those that have spoken out negatively have been targeted by the masked terrorists.

Just the homeless issue prior to the chicom crud and the commie rioting was making downtown Portland problematic. Toss in the parking problem and there was lots of available commercial space. Now, with the kick start of working from home and you can kiss downtown Portland good bye. To make up the upcoming tax revenue shortfall, the Portland metro area is trying to tax the sh*t out of anything that moves. This is known as the Detroit solution.
