Setting off illegal fireworks is a “nonviolent act,” Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams said last month, urging residents to “go talk to the young people or the people on your block who are using fireworks” instead of calling 911 or 311.

    Not to mention that according to Inslee and Wiesman deadly 4th of July gatherings and cocktail parties are why the corona cases are surging in Washington. The month of protests had nothing to do with it. Nothing at all. Our second shut down will be truly special. So will being forced to teach our kids from home and the loss of my wife's income as she will be doing the teaching this year instead of working. We decided that doing our job and the teachers job was too much for us this time around. Loss of income was preferable to having an exhausted teacher teaching our kids. Special. FML
