CP's Gash [OT Football talk]

Lengthy article on Boysee's scheme from 3 years ago, leading up to the Virginia Tech game, published on Smart Football.

One money shot:
Boise State’s linebacker coach, Jeff Choate, once told me at coaching clinic two years back, “We run plays, we don’t have an offense. It makes it difficult to defend.” At that time he was working with the running backs.
The author goes on to cite Sark as a coach with a concrete offensive identity... yeah.

TBF, good coaches learn to adapt. We saw Neu do it with Tui and that lead us to the RB. Sark's offense was good in 2011, shitastic in 2012 and he made a change for 2013. At least he's not ShawFS and kept running the same offense when it wasn't working.

Actually, thank god Sark changed offenses because now he's off to USC.

Sark is ShawFS as well. Don't let the facts get in the way of your revisionist history, however.

Have you forgotten how he "adapted" to Jack's abilities in 2009-2010 (e.g. ignored them) and continued to put Keith's life in danger in 2012 with pathetic game plans and poor playcalling?

2013 offense was a lot of yards and sizzle without the points that put the defense in tough spots repeatedly.

Scoreboard > Yardage board and any mouthbreather stat (F+ etc.).
