This guy had all the charges dropped and was never even charged with a hate crime in the first place despite the fact that he is yelling how much he hates Asians while he terrorizes this old guy.

Millersville? Or F&M?

My kid was recruited by F&M. Good school; but she had a similar reaction to Lancaster.
