Wouldn't matter - Knight's will has the UO very well taken care of. Book it.
-
Actually, he was the first one I thought of.
-
what I've heard is UofO will get a massive windfall when he goes. that said, you can't replace the value of his influence and of his motor. it's the pressure to do well that they will miss when he's not around.RaccoonHarry said:Wouldn't matter - Knight's will has the UO very well taken care of. True, he is obviously an incredibly driven and competitive guy whose presence would be greatly missed.creepycoug said:

When Knight dies, Oregon will get large stacks of cash and a big party with lots of hookers and blow. They'll be set for life, and it will be cool brah. The thing I can see happening in that tree-hugging libtard outpost is a Cal-like uprising where the "educators" start getting butt hurt about the overemphasis of athletics and the misguided and misplaced focus on athletes who only care about going to the NFL. Without Knight around, it will become harder and harder to fight these assholes and swoosh them in the twat.

That guy was six months ahead on his meals. Don't let yourself go like that kids.
-
I think that is exactly correct. Eventually the eggheads win unless you're in the anywhere in the southeastern US but Vanderbilt.TheHB said:When Knight dies, Oregon will get large stacks of cash and a big party with lots of hookers and blow. Uncle Phil's, like all actual wealthy people's funds have significantly grown as the middle class took an ass pounding over the last five years.
He gained almost $2 billion just hanging out.
He has no heirs and has one true passion. When he does pass away he will leave Oregon $1 billion at the least to the academic side, and will leave at least half of that to the athletic side. The flooring and furniture in Eugene will be really special post-Phil. -
There is only one Uncle Phil.
RIP, Judge Banks. -
No heirs? One son died in a scuba diving accident but he has another.Mosster47 said:Uncle Phil's, like all actual wealthy people's funds have significantly grown as the middle class took an ass pounding over the last five years.
