I agree. I'm agnostic on the political search point because I haven't paid attention and don't make those searches. But for other random shit, it's waaaay better than Bing. I've tried to like Bing because MS is in Seattle and I'm a good guy. But fuck, the first two pages of almost anything I search on Bing are like "WTF? That's not even close." It's like an algo written by a retard.

Google winds up being the best search engine.
