I have a friend who does technical analysis. he said this would happen so for the second time in 6 years I listened to him. he nailed it both times buy and sell side. the whole thing is apparently fixed... kinda like the NCAA.

I don't trade oil but I've heard they started some new funds to replace those. Great for gas pumping ducks.
