Who gives a fuck. We all knew, at least anyone with regulatory synapse firings, knew he was being held out for the playoffs.. He's the difference between a superbowl or a loss to Frisco you stupid motherfuckers. You all sound like kim. "You need to tell the medi a everything". Fuck you all. Has cock blocker got his grip on you guys?
Percy is damaged goods. This hip thing likely ends his career. May play 3 or 4 games as a seahawk. The Vikings so willing to let go of him was a clear sign.
saying a single player is the difference between a win and a loss is stupid, unless it's one of your key contributors the whole season. Wilson, and Lynch are the only two that can be included in that. Harvin has not played a down outside of 1 game this season. If they lose to Frisco (I'm not even sold SF makes it past GB) it will be because the team stunk, not because percy wasn't playing
The playoffs are a different game. 1 player can make a HUGE difference especially when our best WR is a 5-8 slot guy, with an inability to make fundamental and critical 3rd and 8 type catches.
Without Harvin the opposition's corners can play straight man and murder Wilson and Lynch. Yo u know this.. See Arizona. We need a deep threat or even someone to help intermediately. We are really hurting right now there. I'll go in with hope. I just don't know if our defense can win alone. They might have to if Harvin can't go and Kearse and Wilson can't go. It would just be nice to give RW a toy. Zip Im with you guys. Let's saddle up an go.
The Seahawks were the favorites because of their defense. Only Carolina can beat them as every other team in the NFC has a shitty defense or in the case of SF have a QB who can't stop pissing his pants once he steps foot in Century Link.
With Harvin I don't see them losing, however I full expect Harvin at MOST playing in only one playoff game if that.
I disagree, Carolina doesn't worry me at all. 1 legitimate WR, an inconsistent running game, and a QB that has stunk against us in 2 games. I think the hawks offense struggles but do you really see Carolina putting up more than 10 points? I don't
The Cardinals just defeated Seattle in Seattle with their QB throwing 4 picks. I can totally see Carolina winning an ugly game 13-10 with catching some breaks.
Newton hasn't stunk vs the Hawks necessarily. He was just mediocre as was the Seahawks offense in both games.
The Seahawks defense is terrific so if a team upsets Seattle it's going to be a game similar to Arizona where it's an ugly game.
However, unlike most in here who think Seattle will be upset I don't think it is happening.

I agree on Kearse. They need to get at least one of those two healthy. The offense has been greatly missing a vertical threat. Willson could be an underrated loss. I think Bevell has vastly underutilized him
I've got some medical insight on Harvin. Seattle docs told him he didn't need surgery and he went and got a second opinion. It seems that the surgery really didn't do anything in the big picture and the Seattle docs may have been right. I don't think its a career threatening issue though. Just something that could be taking longer to heal because it was mistreated.
The Hawk D has only given up 7 TDs in the last 7 games and 3 of those TDs came in the 4th quarter when the game was already over. The D will carry them to SB.
Carolina got blown out at NO and barely beat Atlanta (though Atlanta is playing better). There is no way they will beat the Hawks in Seattle. SF is the only team with a chance because they have the same style and have the offense but as Time said Kap isn't the QB to do it.
My concern is playing Denver in the Super Bowl and having to score 28 or 31 to win it bc Denver's offense will score enough points.

I hate talking about SB matchup before we get there but I disagree with that. First off I think IND beats DEN in the DIV playoffs but if they do get there Peyton will not have a huge game. The antidote to stopping denver is getting physical with their WR's and throwing off timing, also they suck in pass protection. I think SEA wins 24-17 or something in that matchup. If they do make the SB I don't want to face NE. I fear no one else in the AFC
I fear every team left. 9-7 and 10-6 teams have won Super Bowls. The Seahawks offense can stall out at any time. We have a shitty OL. We have flaws just like everyone else.
The Carolina game scares the shit out of me. They have the next best defense after us. That game is going to be a low scoring slugfest.
We seem to have SF's number at home, but it is far from a certain win. A few years ago the Jets beat the Patriots on the road in the playoffs. They had lost 45-3 at Foxborro weeks earlier. They playoffs are tricky.
Green Bay with Rodgers is dangerous too. They are an 11 win team with Rodgers. The Seahawks are the favorite, and rightfully so, but you guys are too confident IMO.

Why shouldn't we be? We just went 13-3, our defense is playing the best it has all season, and we get to play at home where we are 15-1 in the last 16 games. There are teams int he playoffs that can beat us at home, but to ignore the entire body of work is pretty silly. Seattle has been one of the most consistent teams in the NFL the entire season. The offense can figure it out, it has before.

Obviously easier said than done. Peyton Manning broke the QB records this year. There has never been a passing attack as proficient as Denver's this year. You don't do that with shitty pass protection. Denver gave up the fewest sacks in the league (20) despite how many times they threw the ball! Peyton is the best at getting the ball out on time and he puts the OL in a great spot.

that's the thing. You have to throw off timing at the line and force peyton to hold the ball for just a split second longer. If you can do that their Oline is vulnerable, as we saw in the Colts game

don't see anytime scoring more than 20 in the Clink against that D.

We have no receivers who can stretch the defense.
You think it's a coincidence Lynch's rushing yards have been dropping. Even Rice was more of a deep threat than what we have.
Line Harvin up, run him deep and throw to him just once and Lynch's rushing YPC will jump.
