I know that Ukrainians run the heroin at the ports here in Portland from a buddy who went from getting his Mechanical Engineering degree at Penn State to pier manager at the Portland docks to paying paid off or GTFO to heroin addict to homeless to prison within 8 or so years. People have been going missing in greater Seattle with little press coverage. They'll run a report for a couple days but then basically drop it. Hope some of the remains provide some closure.
