An easier solution might be instead of killing 500 white people a year, the cops could kill 700, so the ratio will be 1200/250 instead of 1000/250.

What’s the endgame here other than to make me think black people automatically hate me for my skin color?

This exactly what racist whites in the south used to do to black people when walking on a public sidewalk. It was expected that if a white person and black person were walking toward each other on the same sidewalk the black person would make sure that they moved out of the way, often stepping off the curb and into the street in order to let the white person by.

But keep telling yourself this is just about removing Confederate names from Military bases and removing Confederate statues.
