Not illegal to hold someone else's firearm in their presence
The neat thing about legality in states like Washington and California is that the police will arrest you for something like this and then let the courts hash it out later. This is approved by most liberals as "an abundance of caution" move where your, or my rights, are secondary to public safety. In this case, I doubt they have such feelings on the matter. I guess Raz is just a more trusted member of the community with different legal protections.
I was only half paying attention, but @RazDaWarlord did have something interesting conceptually. "Uber for Police" app, which really means on-call Pinkertons. Not saying I support it, don't twist, but it is interesting.
Just saw a tweet that bikers are headed to CHAZ/CHOP to "clear the streets". I could start to get interesting.
My daughter’s former cross country coach’s brother (did you track that?) is a Seattle SWAT officer. They’ve been tracking the Hell’s Angels and wondered why they detoured to Spokane. Apparently they have a cache of weapons there and were arming themselves before hitting the CHOP. This should be a fun weekend.
