At least there is no hyperbole in the headlines..... or reference to number of deaths in the article. Nice that the numerator is increasing while the denominator stays flat. Sounds like a win for herd immunity and a win as the mortality rate gets even even smaller. Sounds apocalyptic though.insinceredawg said:

If people are not dying at high rates, as the US seems to be able to treat and prevent high rates of death at this point as they learn more about the virus. Isn't this like having the leading news story be "5000 new cases of the flu today! Panic!". Be safe, wash your hands, practice good hygiene, move on.
