We have no need for well written, common sense, data and fact based articles like this about BLM, police, black and white.
Don't do it again or I will report you to Raz.
All of which makes my view of Black Lives Matter complicated. If not for BLM, we probably would not be talking about ending qualified immunity, making bodycams universal, increasing police accountability, and so forth—at least not to the same extent. In fact, we might not even have a careful national database on police shootings. At the same time, the core premise of the movement is false. And if not for the dissemination of this falsehood, social relations between blacks and whites would be less tense, trust in police would be higher, and businesses all across America might have been spared the looting and destruction that we have seen in recent weeks.
unfortunately, showing these facts about the killings that the police commit would be, actually are, ignored by anyone supporting BLM and has a microphone in front of them.
We could have a list of all the athletes, actors, small time politicians (like mayors, governors, etc.), and big mouth so-called civil rights leaders that know these facts but would lose face by admitting it.
The back lash for going public and making statements like this article are beginning to appear. A professor, an editor of a newspaper, and others have been fired for opining against the BLM
Edit- damn @YellowSnow if your boss reads this thread your job may be at risk
