It was a combo of your typical LBGTQ cap hill residents, black people, anarcho communists types, hippies, hipsters, and mentally ill/homeless

Pretty diverse crowd honestly

Did not witness any assaults or any aggressive behavior. No one approached my friend and I at all as we wandered around. It was honestly a lot less sketchy in some way than the club scene at 1am on a Saturday/Sunday morning where Ive previously witnessed thefts, fights, and the aftermath of a stabbing outside of Cha Cha
