1. He’s not wrong. 2. His Twitter history is a mess and part of me can’t blame Pete for slow-playing Gee Jr because his Dad is insane and I wouldn’t want to deal with him either. Part of me also thinks Jr is going to Columbus to get away from Sr. Regardless, Sr clearly has no concept that his schtick cost his son an earlier offer from UW. He’s a liability to his son’s success, which is sort of sad.
The only problem with this tweet is he omits two other names that belong there.
Still, it's beautiful.
Those other two turds dont make shit up about recruiting like Scott.
I dont know why Scott isnt content to offer vague bullshit and admit he's guessing when he does get specific like mods on other 247 boards. Maybe he is too dim to be that creative.
Rather, those other two offer vague "sometimes it's about fit" bullshit and criticize and character assassinate anyone saying anything not inspired by purple koolaid. I actually hate those two worse than Scott.
The other tragedy in all this is we would love him so much if Pete didn’t fuck this up.
He, alongside James Odunze and Buffy Miller, etc. would pump up our program and talk shit to all comers. He’d show up here every once in a while, like Azeem’s dad, to a hero’s welcome.

This is all so depressing.
This is just Petersen being Petersen. He was always afraid to lose more than he was willing to take risks to win.
For my 90s kids and poker fans CP was Knish.
Joey Knish : You did it to yourself, you had to put it all on the line for some Vegas pipe dream Mike McDermott : I took a risk, I took a risk, you see all the angles, and you never have the fucking stones to play one Joey Knish : Stones? you little punk, I'm not playing for the thrill of fucking victory here, I owe rent, alimony, child support, I play for money, my kids eat, I got stones enough not to chase card actions of fucking pipe dreams of winning the world series on ESPN, but about the money I've got to turn my back, I've got to say no.
You can’t lose what you don’t put in the middle. But you can’t win much either.

Watch your step, Ryan Day. That’s all I’m saying...

Now batting .999 on the career
Edit: Less the don james era. Thank you @DawgFader for pointing out my fuckery.
