    The guy is sitting in his car, we don't see what happened prior to this and the guy he shoots has his arms inside the car grabbing or doing something to the man in the car. Why are you supporting assault and battery IC?

    I see a crowd chasing a car and attacking the occupant. Did his shirt hurt them with some message? Did he have a Trump hat or sticker on his car? Why is a bunch of people chasing him. We know commie mobs will beat, shoot and loot so why are they being aggressive toward this guy?

    There's not enough information in that video to determine one way or other. A person was shot, the courts now have to sort out.

    Regardless of intention or instigation, shit like this is going to happen, unfortunately. There was video last week of protestors blocking a freeway, and then breaking out windows of a minivan trying to pull occupants out. No place for the car to escape.

    Because it makes absolute sense that a guy driving would STOP when a spindly protestor holding up what appears to be a metal road construction plate..SO HE DOESN'T TRASH HIS CAR.....but apparently is intent on running over protestors?!? Is that the assertion you're trying to make?

    The fuck are you watching? Dude is chasing him down the street and he's trying to get away, realizes he's going to not be able to leave, then stops, dude then proceeds to assault him through the window and he shoots him in self defense.
