    What's the over/under if the council actually disbanded the police like the tool sheds in Minneapolis are purposing on them calling some police dept when the saw the actual wide spread looting/mayhem that would be going on with no end in sight.... I put it at 2.5 hours.

    The depths politicians will go to to pander and be on the right side of the numbers no matter what is so astonishing.
