Despite desktop view being turn off in the browser. Help me

The nice thing about desktop view is search functionality. I had this issue one time... if you can find that thread maybe I had a resolution I posted in there.

Place the mobile device in your right hand. Raise it above your head.
Hurl said mobile device into the ground with as much brute force as possible. Preferably, the ground should be asphalt or concrete.
Sweep up remnants of mobile device. Enjoy rest of the weekend.
